Cold Chain Logistics Temperature Monitoring by Bluetooth Data Loggers

In cold-chain logistics, temperature and humidity fluctuations have lead to mass losses to agricultural products, life sciences, food, chemical engineering and other industries. Therefore, to protect safety and high quality of such sensitive products or goods, it is necessary to deploy temperature and humidity data loggers for environmental monitoring during the whole logistics process. 

Our BlueTag series data loggers are Bluetooth-enabled data loggers that are configurable with the APP and then measure and transmit measurement data wirelessly to mobile phones via Bluetooth communication. They can be widely used in storage and transportation applications. When used as in-transit BLE loggers, they will improve the efficiency in goods receipt and delivery with the wireless device configuration, data tracking, sharing and export, as well as comprehensive data analysis, filtration, graphing, alarming, etc.

For example, at the place of delivery, the consignor configures the logger via our free APP, and puts the logger together with his shipment, as well as pastes its QR code on the package. Then in transit, the driver uses the APP to scan the QR code on the package to view monitoring data, during which all data will be automatically uploaded to the cloud and synchronized to the consignor. At the place of destination, the consignee can also scan the QR code to view all monitoring data before opening the packing and make a quick acceptance or rejection decision. Similarly, the data will also be automatically shared to the consignor, the driver and other users.  

The in-transit BLE loggers are ideal tools for remote data monitoring in cold-chain logistics, and will avoid the temperature and humidity fluctuations caused by frequent door or package opening.
