Fresh Tracker 10 (Single Use) with Optional External Probe

Introduction

Fresh Tracker 10 (Single Use) is a single-use 4G data logger for real-time temperature, humidity, location, light and vibration monitoring in cold chain transportation. Using a built-in 4G SIM card, it can transmit data to the cloud via 4G network, enabling users to remotely access and manage measurement data via the cloud platform and APP in real time anywhere in the world. If any reading is out of the preset thresholds, users can get SMS and email alarms in real time. Besides, this Real Time 4G temperature Data Logger also allows users to locally check its work status via the LCD screen and download PDF/CSV reports via USB connection.

4G(LTE_Cat1)/ 2G fallback cellular coverage

This data logger works with 4G communication, and 2G will deliver critical backup connectivity when 4G coverage is not available in some locations. 

24/7 Real time data monitoring

This data logger is designed for uninterrupted and all-day monitoring of temperature, humidity, location, light and vibration in real time. After configuration and start up, it will automatically monitor and record data as configured.

Location mapping

This data logger uses LBS positioning technology (GPS optional) for location monitoring. In the APP and cloud platform, an E-map is provided for intuitive display of the real-time and history location information, with specific longitude and latitude information.

Cloud Platform and APP for real-time data view and management worldwide

With the 4G network, all monitoring data will be transmitted to the cloud with the configured uploading interval. Freshliance provides both the cloud platform and APP for users to remotely view, manage and download data, with advanced data analysis, filtration and alarm, etc, saving time and efforts.

Persistent caching during offline mode and data re-upload after network recovery

This data logger can store up to 65,000 records in its internal memory, which can protect monitoring data against network failure. Even if the network fails, the logger can still store all data to the onboard memory, and re-upload them after network connection, thus ensuring there are no gaps in the data history. 

APP, Email, SMS Alert

In case of data alarms, SMS and Email messages can be sent via 4G data connection. And the alarm data will also be automatically reminded and recorded in the cloud platform and APP. Users can remotely receive and check such alarm data in real time worldwide,  to take precautions and avoid losses.  

LCD, LED alert

In addition to remote alarm notification, this data logger will give alarm reminders via its LCD display and LED indicator light. The LCD screen and LED lights can also help users to identify the power, signal, and Modbus connection status. 

Dual report system

Users can easily track and export data via the APP and cloud platform. Besides, users can also connect the logger to a PC via USB port and press its left button to locally download PDF/CSV reports, not subject to network connection. Temporary reports are available too. 

Multiple choices for external probe 

Users can plug one external probe to this data logger for specific applications. There are a large selection for the the external probe, such as temperature probe, temperature and humidity probe, blunt or sharp probe, etc. 

Flexible ultra thin cable optional, 0.3mm thick and 7.5mm wide

For enclosed or sealed spaces with higher sealing requirements, users can choose the flexible ultra thin cable, which is 0.3mm thick, 7.5mm wide, and 2m long (length customizable), featuring fast data transmission, high softness and foldability.
