Generally speaking, in the mycelium growth stage of edible fungi, the appropriate water content of the culture medium is generally 60% ~ 65%, and the relative humidity of the air in the mushroom house is generally 80% ~ 95%, so as to prevent excessive evaporation of water in the culture medium.
