Real-time Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System for Tea Storage

Temperature and humidity management is an important part of warehouse management, which directly affects the quality of commodity. There are different temperature and humidity requirements for different warehouses. For tea, it is generally suitable for low-temperature storage, which can reduce the oxidation process of various components. So it always be stored in the refrigerator to keep a suitable temperature and humidity. The optimal storage temperature is 0-5 degrees Celsius. Within this temperature range, the aging speed of tea can be effectively slowed down and the flavor of tea remains unchanged. But how can we monitor the temperature and humidity change in the refrigerators?

One of our real-time temperature and humidity monitoring solutions can be used for the tea storage -- BlueTag TH30 with the WiFi gateway. This system will record the real-time temperature and humidity change and transfer the data to the cloud platform, the users can view the real-time data on their phone or computer without opening the refrigerator. Besides, BlueTag TH30 Bluetooth temperature and humidity data logger has 2 optional external sensors, users can place the main device outside the refrigerator, just put the external sensors in the refrigerator, so as to avoid any temperature fluctuation due to door opening. This system can support up to 20 pieces of configurable Bluetooth loggers, it means the users can review the data of 20 pieces of refrigerators at the same time, which is more convenient and efficient. Once any abnormal cases, it will inform the users by EMS and email alerts.
